Your satisfaction is very important to us. Should you face any concerns, our customer service team will do their best to assist you. If your replacement request is approved, we kindly ask you to follow the process outlined below.
Replacement Facilitation Process:
To initiate a replacement, the product must be sent back to us within 15 days of received, in its original packaging and condition. This includes all brand tags, stickers, boxes, and accessories. The item must remain unused and undamaged. Once we receive the product, the replacement will be processed within 15 days.
